We do not promise recruiting exposure, scholarships, or roster spots. But we do promise the development of the habits, skills, leadership traits, and competitive mindset that college coaches consistently seek and demand for elite level programs. We are developing the next generation of athlete-leaders for elite softball programs.

Spark Fastpitch was founded on a simple belief: The habits that create championship athletes are the same habits that create exceptional women. By teaching accountability, trust, resilience, communication, and service to teammates, we develop student-athlete-leaders prepared for success on the field, in college, and in life. We strive to teach our athletes how to play the game how they will be expected to play it at the collegiate level, emphasizing a collective rather than individual focus, and radical accountability to each other. Softball skills are not just how to take a ground ball, throw, or hit. Mental resilience, unfailing dedication to mission, consistency over motivation, the confidence that comes only from hard work and preparation, and service to others over ourselves are also “softball skills.” They are also what turn talented players into successful players, and exceptional humans. We aim to hold our athletes to the standards applied consistently to elite collegiate players, by requiring them to strive academically, personally, on the field, and in service to others.
